BirdLife Malta’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2021 will be held on Friday 12th November.
Since this year we will be meeting in person, we have to follow specific protocol in line with COVID-19 regulations. Although the event is open to all adult BirdLife Malta members residing in Malta and Gozo, attendance will be by booking.
Due to the same regulations only those that are vaccinated can book to attend. So we are asking those who wish to attend to register their attendance by noon of the 20th of October to reserve a seat. To register complete this application form. You will need to enter your details together with your BirdLife Malta membership number.
In the week leading up to the event we will send all those who register the venue details along with the invitation to the AGM and the agenda. Members will need to present the invitation and the certificate of vaccination at the entrance.
During this year’s Annual General Meeting we will also hold the election of 11 Council members. Since the AGM will not be able to accommodate everyone due to the vaccination imposition, we will be holding two slots for those who cannot attend to be able to vote. These will take place at our Ta’ Xbiex office on:
- Wednesday 10th November between 16:30 and 19:30
- Thursday 11th November between 16:30 and 19:30
Participants will need to present their ID card.
