Date: Saturday, 8 June 2019
Time: 09:00-18:00
Location: Malta National Aquarium
The Aquarium celebrates World Oceans Day every day… but for this day they invited NGOs to get together in one place bringing you a variety of different exhibitions stands and activities. Our LIFE Arċipelagu Garnija team will be participating in the celebration too. We will tell you why seabirds are the sentinels of the ocean, where do they live on Malta and how their life is affected with pollution. We will not just talk, but will also play a game on pollution 🙂
Activities:
Clean Up — 9:00-12:00
Clean up taking place along the promenade from the Aquarium towards seashells. Bags and gloves will be provided. Check in point Ta’ Fra Ben by the Aquarium flag.
