Date: 26 October
Time: 9:00 – 12:00
Meeting point: Mistra Bay
Difficulty: Moderate to Hard
Join our Events & Activities committee on their first autumn walk in nature!
We will start at the breathtaking Mistra Bay and head uphill to Mistra Battery. Walking further along the coast we will get scenic views of St. Paul’s Islands. The walk then takes us to the historical Fort Campbell – built by the British, now lying in ruins. The route continues towards Selmun, after which we will head back to Mistra.
The walk is rated moderate to hard due to a steep and rough pathway going down from Selmun to Mistra Bay. Good trekking shoes are recommended, as well as walking sticks if you have them.
We will be meeting participants at Mistra Bay at 8:45 and start the walk at 9:00.
Participation is free and open to all, but registration is required. Donations are welcome and appreciated. Booking is open till 23rd October.
