Location:    Gozo, various locations

Join us for a wonderful day on the beautiful island of Gozo combining nature and history!

  • Morning Walk: Għasri – Salt pans – Salt shop – Marsalforn
  • Optional three-course lunch: Valley View Restaurant, Xlendi (see menu below)
  • Afternoon: Ta’ Kola Windmill, Xagħra – guided tour  by Heritage Malta

Transport will be provided from Mġarr to Għasri, from Marsalforn to Xlendi to Xagħra, and from Xagħra to Mġarr.

Meeting in Ċirkewwa at 08:30 sharp to take the ferry to Gozo, and return to Malta with the 17:30 ferry. Participants must pay their own ferry ticket.

Participation Fee
TRIP ONLY: Members €7, Non-members €10 (fee includes all transport on Gozo and Heritage Malta entry ticket)
TRIP + LUNCH: Members €20, Non-members €25 (preference for lunch will be given to members and seating is limited)

Places for this nature walk are limited and booking is required.

* Bookings will be open until 12th November 2017. Bookings are limited and will be taken on a first come first served basis with priority given to members

Note about the walk: this is an easy/moderate walk, please wear appropriate footwear as the area can be slippery when wet.
